Old Friends

This week, I had the opportunity to reconnect with a couple that I ministered with at Berean. Our good friends Pastor Kevin and Trudy Umphress were in town doing a Kid's Crusade and I crashed a couple of services. It was so great to see them and catch up on each other's news. I'm so thankful for the time I got to work with them. I learned a lot from Pastor Kevin and we worked so well together. My favorite memories are of us doing character skits together, adlibing all the way...no scripts ever. The Umphress' are people who bring a smile to my face by just thinking of them.
